About Precious Little Ladies Inc.

PLL is comprised of caring individuals with diverse backgrounds who recognize how important community input is to the efficacy of our programs.

Our founder, Aziza Kibibi, is a survivor of over 17 years of sexual, physical, financial and psychological abuse from her biological father which resulted in four children by him. Aziza's experience escaping her father and trying to create a normal life for her family highlighted the difficulty many victims have finding resources and support. She started PLL with a mission to educate women, girls and their families on identifying and accessing resources, learning how to protect themselves and ways to recover from abuse. Our leadership team is comprised of caring people from diverse backgrounds who recognize how important community input is to the efficacy of our programs. That is why we conduct extensive research of the issues and of those we serve.

Our reach grew.

In 2018 PLL provided services to survivors of hurricane Maria by providing survivor packages from our GWGYC program and holding a survivor support group on the island of Vieques. We also held our first Family Empowerment Fair in Eat Orange NJ.

Taking flight.

In 2019 we held our first Awareness Raising Kit Flight. We were able to reach over 300 participants which included children, who participated in flying kites to raise awareness literally.

COVID-19

Through the COVID-19 pandemic, PLL expanded our services across the country by mailing personal care items through our GWGYC program, to families effected by abuse. We also provided food and diapers to families locally, and counseling services to clients in Tobago, South Africa and India using virtual sessions.
